Who I Am
I work with a wide range of clients—from athletes, performers, and public speakers to professionals—as well as people navigating everyday challenges like anxiety, confidence, phobias, fears, and limiting beliefs. I also support those carrying the weight of past experiences, unresolved trauma, or the impact of bullying, helping them move past old patterns, break free when life feels stuck, and step into greater self-trust. My focus is always on guiding each person toward clarity, balance, and intentional growth.
I also lead retreats, workshops, and wellness intensives for teams, educators, community groups, and special events. My approach blends trauma-informed techniques, inner child work, spiritual practices, and mindset strategies to help clients release tension, reframe experiences, and reconnect with their inner strength.
Through my work, I share practical tools that help people step out of “survival mode” and into a more present, empowered, and intentional way of living. Mindful breathing, guided relaxation, meditation, and other exercises help calm the mind, clear mental clutter, and open space for transformation. By tuning into our thoughts, emotions, and body, we can gradually shift perspective, access our natural power, and create meaningful change in our lives.
Every client’s journey is unique, and I’m here to support it with insight, guidance, and a safe, personalized approach—helping you move forward, feel more aligned, and experience lasting growth.
I completed my studies through the Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy, a 10-month program that emphasized both academic rigor and practical experience. I chose this program because of its in-depth curriculum, its in-person instruction, and the extensive requirements of practicum hours, exams, and projects. In a field that is largely unregulated, it was important to me to pursue a level of education and training that reflects professionalism, accountability, and high standards of practice—ensuring that my clients receive the very best care and support.
As part of my commitment to professionalism and safety, I also hold a current Police Criminal Record and Vulnerable Persons Check and am a registered member of CACHE – the Canadian Association of Counselling Hypnotherapists and Educators. These credentials ensure that the work I do is not only compassionate but also grounded in integrity and ethical practice.
Outside of my work, I’m always learning and growing—there’s always more to discover about the mind, human behavior, and how we can live more fully. I know that balance and peace don’t come automatically; some days it feels easy, and other days it’s a challenge. But what matters most is that we keep showing up, keep trying, and keep moving forward. Growth isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being present.
Even small shifts can create meaningful transformation. A single moment of clarity, a breath taken with intention, or a new way of seeing an old story can ripple out and change everything. This work is about creating space for those shifts to happen—so you can step into your life with greater awareness, strength, and alignment.
When we begin to live this way, life no longer feels like something we’re just “getting through.” It becomes something we can experience more fully—with presence, with purpose, and with the freedom to create the kind of future we truly want. And that is the power of the mind: it can shape our reality in ways far greater than we imagine.
Too often, it’s not the world holding us back—it’s the stories we keep telling ourselves, the patterns we repeat, and the fears we hold onto. But when we learn to quiet the noise, shift perspective, and open to new possibilities, we realize that the mind isn’t our barrier—it’s our greatest tool. With awareness and intention, we can choose differently, and in choosing differently, we can transform our lives.
